Road washed away by floodwater

The road has been washed away by floodwater. This in area about a square meter and 6 inches deep. THIS WILL CAUSE A SERIOUS ACCIDENT.

  • Thank you for your report. I have visited the site you pinpointed on the map, in Faringdon Road, near Gozzards Ford junction, see photos, and assessed the issue you have identified. I couldn't find the defect you refer to, at this location, see photos. The defect I did find has already been repaired, see photo. I am therefore closing this report.

    We will continue to monitor this site during our routine inspections.
