Drain blocked creating dangerous situation.

Despite your team attempting to clear the drain last October, the problem remains. Whenever it rains the road floods from the kerb to the white line in the middle of the road. Cars attempt to avoid the flooded area by driving round the bend on the wrong side of the road. The site is adjacent to a children's playground. People walking on the pavement getsplashed and the splashing continues to damage our wall. This problem has gone on for years and has been reported regularly, but the problem has only ever given temporary improvement. Please can a long term solution be found.
