Surface drains all blocked

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

The surface water drains all down the hill are blocked with rubbish and gravel from resurfacing works in the summer. As a result the rain water is a torrent going down the hill, it crosses the road at the bottom and forms a dangerous wall of water. I know someone who spun off across the road after hitting it in their car. Please clean the drains out asap.
