Blocked drain, deep water build up across lane

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Water is not draining away and deep pool is now across the entire northbound carriageway causing cars to brake and swerve as not immediately obvious

  • Thank you for reporting this issue. As there is a limited budget, we have to prioritise high flood risk areas. Sometimes it is the volume of water that falls, and our drains are unable to cope, but the water eventually disperses. We will continue to monitor this on our routine inspections. Regards
