  • Pothole beside nearby drain is now DANGEROUS.

  • This pothole is now dangerous for cyclists and likely to damage vehicles

  • This pothole was still unfilled two days ago and there is no update from OCC Highways to indicate that it has been repaired. This is a very hazardous pothole that should have been repaired long ago.

  • This report appears to originate from the end of March 2023, yet no repair work has been carried out in more than 5 weeks, despite reminders. The pothole is especially dangerous because of its position relative to a speed bump. What do we have to do to get the Highways department to carry out their duty? As commented above, Cholsey's roads are a near-continuous carpet of potholes and rough repairs.

  • Is this ever going to be Fixed? its been there that long that its now exceeding your white marker lines. Cholsey's road are a bit of a joke now to be honest

  • When last seen during the bank holday weekend, this dangerous hole had still not been repaired. Has Cholsey been singled out for the Wrath of OCC Highways? Two full months have seen no action beyond white marks that are now fading or wearing away. This matter will be escalated by other means.

  • NOTE that this pothole was reported 31st March (104 days ago) yet no action has been taken, beyond painting white marker lines that have now nearly worn away or collapsed into the hole. This hole is DANGEROUS to cyclists in particular and deep enough to damage car wheels. Is this some sort of exercise in which the OCC Highways Inspector is trying to prove he's 'harder' than the people who pay his wages? The situation is quite disgraceful. I have telephoned to complain and been told to expect a call from the Inspector: needless to say it did not come. ACTION PLEASE!

  • For some reason some of the lesser dangerous, but smaller holes have been filled in last few days. Why was this large dangerous hole still repeatedly ignored ? At the same time for about a week, the new ped crossing was installed less than 100 m away and they resurfaced some of the road and had all the tools and probably ample materials there on site within walking distance to be able to fix this one and a few others which still need attention. I fear the next post on this list will be the report of an avoidable accident... hopefully not. Please just fix it
