Blocked road drain

This road drain (opposite Shoe Lane, East Hagbourne) is completely blocked and has been for a considerable time. When raining, traffic through the resultant flow of water running down to the next drain (also frequently blocked by mud but cleared by a resident) causes a wash which is eroding the verge and resulting in potholes and general degredation of the road surface.
