Large and potentially very dangerous pothole
Reported via desktop in the Pothole category anonymously at 11:27, Friday 31 March 2023
Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later
A new and large pothole has opened up on the road into Stonesfield from the direction of Fawler. It has damaged the front nearside tyre of my vehicle, which is now at Stonesfield Garage. This is beyond the normally tolerated size of pothole, and can easily cause damage to vehicles and great danger to cyclists.

Going towards stonesfield, had to stop completely as another car was approaching in the opposite direction in order to safely drive across the road to avoid this . needs to be fixed asap

The pothole is getting significantly worse, it looks like the original repair is completely failing as more tarmac is coming loose and soon will affect one whole side of the road.

Huge, deep pothole in desperate need of action and cordoning whilst waiting for repair. The hole is filled with flood water so extremely dangerous for those unaware of its depth.
