Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

One Drain ha been cleared today however the drain the above (pictured) has not and it is situated approx 15-20 meters to the right of the one that has been cleared when you look at the one cleared from the road.

Could the above also be cleared as per the original enquiringly
