Drain silted up

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

The drain opposite 19 Newlands Avenue, Didcot is completely silted up as per the picture. This was reported a number of months ago at the same time as the drain on the same side as number 19. Whoever came out first painted arrows for both drains, but whoever came to clear them out only did half the a job, literally. They completely ignored this one.
