Pothole in middle of road next to ironwork

Location is Green Road by junction with Primrose Place. This pothole doesn't look serious, but on 9th March after heavy rain the road was flooded at this location and as I cycled down the middle of the road my front wheel got caught in the slot-shaped hole and I nearly fell off. Could it be fixed thanks?
