Lit bollard missing from chicane

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Lit bollard missing from traffic calming chicane. Has been missing for many many months. I live opposite and have witnessed regular near misses as there is poor visibility when approaching this chicane without this lighting, especially at dusk and night time. (nb. the bollard is missing in the first place as it was hit several times by cars within weeks of it being installed, so poor is the visibility / design of the chicane).
