Drain blocked on highway ouside no 52 Shipton Rd causing the road to flood very badly .It is dangerous and a health and safety issue

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and West Oxfordshire District Council less than a minute later

Blocked drain causing flooding on road .It is dangerous to all road users children horses etc .

Need clearing as soon as possible .Simon Holloway from Highways cleared this before .
