Safety mirror at dangerous junction not working

Reported via desktop anonymously at 11:42, Tuesday 28 March 2023

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and West Oxfordshire District Council less than a minute later

The junction of Mill Street and High Street has almost no visibility when trying to turn out of Mill Street either to Acre End Street or High Street, right opposite the Coop. There is a large convex mirror mounted on the Coop opposite the junction which should give a good view of either street if you look up. However the surface of the mirror has degraded and it is useless. Please could it be replaced to avoid accidents at this dangerous place? Thanks
