Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

This has been reported to council offices also. There is a deep puddle all the way across the right of way, forcing most people to walk on the concrete ledge very close to the river edge, as the river is in flood at the moment, it’s an accident waiting to happen. We witnessed an elderly gentleman with a walking stick manoeuvre along the edge. Lots of families with small children walk there. It needs something to fill the dip and prevent the huge puddle forming.
