People parking in hammerhead cul de sac

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

It was agreed a few years ago that a NO PARKING would be painted on the road to stop people parking as this prevents people leaving their driveways. This has now worn and people now ignore it. My wife is disabled and need access from our drive at all times.
