Rain water not draining

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Road flooding on both sides constantly when raining. Cars travelling in middle of road in both directions,potentially dangerous. Channels at side of road not cleared since around 2018. Standing water not running down roadside drain.
