Blocked drain

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Drain outside 18/19 Church View is blocked and covered in mud and silt. Needs clearing and a fully gully clean. This has been reported several times but no action is ever taken. Come On OCC sort it out once and for all.
