Dangerous bike path crossing

Traffic crosses the cycle path in and out of the garage without checking for bikes. Especially dangerous as this is a busy area at the bottom of a hill. Clearer cycle lane markings would make it safer, such as painting it the same yellow colour as the rest of the cycle path, or yellow hash.
