Brick wall to east of riad is missing

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

This section of thw bridge wall was rebuilt a few months ago, however it is now missing again, presumably knocked down by a crashing vehicke? There are red barriers in place nearby, but where the brick wall is missing, it is open. It is too dangerous to stop and take a photo here.
