Persistent deep puddle and mud impeding pedestrian exit from Aldi car-park to bus stops

Reported via mobile in the Pavements category anonymously at 14:17, Wednesday 22 March 2023

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

This has been a horrible problem, especially for wheelchair users and anyone with a baby buggy or wheeled shopping bag. For many months, the only pedestrian exit onto the Botley Road from Aldi, Home Bargains & Wickes has been seriously impeded by a deep unpaved area which floods and becomes muddy. Even when it's dry, it's not easy to pass through with wheels, because of the dip. There's no way around it, because of the fence around the car park. Also, on the other side of the road (opposite the shops) there is a muddy gap in the pavement on the way to the bus stop. Most unpleasant, for anyone in a wheelchair or wheeling a buggy.
