Overflowing bins

Reported via mobile anonymously at 13:04, Wednesday 22 March 2023

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and Vale of White Horse District Council less than a minute later

These bins are in Botley Cemetery and have obviously been missed for a long time. The pictures were taken on Monday 20/3/23. There are actually 4 bins the one not in the photos is in the Muslim area of the graveyard. It was raining so I didn’t venture to check that one. I cannot understand why these have not been done as the rest of the cemetery is well kept.

  • Thank you for your report. I have read this report and assessed the issue you have identified. Having checked our Highway Records maps I can confirm that this cemetery, you have pinpointed on the map, is not part of the highway network that Oxfordshire County Council is responsible for maintaining at public expense. Looking at your photos I see these bins are owned by ODS - Oxford Direct Services. You should contact Oxford City Council or their contractor ODS to pursue this matter. I am therefore closing this report.
