Many holes in the road and drainage blocked ditch area at the top of hill

Reported via desktop in the Pothole category anonymously at 11:44, Tuesday 21 March 2023

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Many holes in the road between Hook End and Exlade Street. The long term flooding at the top of the hill near the bend has also created a poor road service and a very thick deep ditch of mud which could prove hazardous if driven in to when letting another vehicle pass by. on the right driving from Hook End. It looks like earth but to the unaware, it is in fact a deep ditch. Needs clearing to allow water to flow in to again after heavy rain.
