Severe risk of collisions due to roadworks

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

For the second time in a week I have been driving from Loop Farm roundabout towards Yarnton when I have been confronted by a lorry, then today a bus coming towards me in the wrong carriageway. I narrowly avoided collision by stopping, only doing 25mph, and relying on other driver to realise the situation and change lane. It is a no overtaking zone both ways. Whoever is responsible for traffic safety at the roadworks team needs to be made aware urgently. I contacted the police who said it was a council matter!
