Damaged wheel :(

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Ridiculous pothole, damaged my NSF wheel due to not seeing it, its just on the corner of the speed bump but the other side so you don't see it on the approach. Its awful, especially at night! Please sort it out :(
