Pedestrian walkway obstructed by Electric scooter bay

As evidenced in the photograph. The consequence of an inappropriately positioned white line scooter parking bay.

The badly parked Voi electric scooters are obstructing the walkway to pedestrians including those with mobility problems, the elderly and disabled. Pedestrians are being forced into the cycle lane which also happens to be on the pavement.

Where are pedestrians meant to walk without the high risk of tripping over badly parked scooters or collision with cyclists? The relevant council department should remove this hazard immediately.
