  • Thank you for your report, this has been logged on our management system which is in the process of being replaced. Our termed contractor will aim to have this repaired within the next 4 weeks. However, bad weather, supply chain delivery delays and COVID isolation of fault repair crew members can and is leading to extended fault repair times currently. If it is found to be a supply fault this will be passed to the local electricity network operator to attend.

  • The lights were working for about a week and tonight they are not working again and it would appear that this is now from about light 46 all the way past light 57. This issue was first reported on 13 March. Cumnor Hill is a busy main road and the ongoing lack of lighting constitutes a risk to pedestrians.

  • There is an electricity supply fault at this street light and has been sent to the electricity company for repair, it depends on workload as to how long it takes but is in hand to be rectified
