This 25m stretch of road is terrible on both sides of the road and vehicles are being forced to drive down the centre or across into the other lane entirely to avoid the worst of the potholes and broken surface. I have no idea how a motorcycle or bicycle would safely navigate it without prior knowledge of the state of the surface. This needs a resurface, not a pot hole fix, please.

This stretch of road is on a popular cycling route, and these potholes are extremely dangerous to cyclists as they are located at the bottom of a hill. I almost came off my bike yesterday as I couldn't avoid the potholes as a car was overtaking me at the time. This 25m stretch of road needs to be repaired asap or I think there will be a serious accident soon! There are basically two sets of potholes 25m apart that need to be fixed. The best solution would be to resurface the entire stretch. I will add further photos in a separate update.

I cycled along this stretch of road today and it was evident hardly anything has been done to fix the potholes that I reported 5 weeks ago. I counted 15 individual potholes that require fixing, please see today's pics that I have added. I will be emailing Councillor Andrew Gant as it is clear that this issue is not being taken seriously. Roads are normally fixed quite quickly when reported via fixmystreet so I find the lack of response to this issue unusual.
