Vanadlised Speed Checker

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and Vale of White Horse District Council less than a minute later

There was a speed checker along this road to encourage people to slow down. From the looks of it, it looks to be ripped off the pole with a cable hanging from the solar panel that was connected into it. The solar panel itself has also been vandalised. This just further encourages a permanent speed camera to keep traffic slow down here as this is obviously vandalised due to people that speed down here.
