Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Chain of potholes forming in right arrow filter lane to turn from Wantage Road to Greenwood Way at the traffic lights. Has appeared since the cold weather and quickly worsening due to volume of traffic. Unable to avoid easily due to oncoming traffic.
