Water flooding the footpath and road

The footpath and the road are constantly flooded whenever there is more than just a very light shower of rain. There are two surface drains in this area and the one next to the Munchies shop is completely filled with mud and debris so there is no chance for water to escape. This problem has been going on for years, but seems to have got worse of late.

The gully on Faringdon road is full and water is flowing to the front of the shops ,this morning I have employed contractors to clear gullies on the private road in front of the Munch shop, please instruct your gully contractor to empty all solid material from your gully on your road.
