Solar sign is not working does not light up. plus it has been put right next to a tree so it gets next to no sun light. Bright idea that

  • Thank you for your report, this has been logged on our management system which is in the process of being replaced. Our termed contractor will aim to have this repaired within the next 4 weeks. However, bad weather, supply chain delivery delays and COVID isolation of fault repair crew members can and is leading to extended fault repair times currently. If it is found to be a supply fault this will be passed to the local electricity network operator to attend.

  • An engineer came to fix the Solar 50 mph sign about 10 days ago. The battery system and operating box had failed, he was unable to rectify the problem as the repair was above the budget that had been set to carry out repairs.
