Bollards need lighting

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

There are 2 central bollards in the middle of the road that are unlit. A car pulled up in the road the other night and I went to maneouvre around him and nearly hit the bollards because there were no lights on them.

I see there’s still no lights on them, and have noticed other central bollards in Abingdon aren’t lit either. If they’re in the middle of the road they need to be seen.
