Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and South Oxfordshire District Council less than a minute later

Temporary lights at road 'works' with inappropriate phasing - long delays incl queuing on M40, one vehicle waiting on Thames side only Hole by roadside, not in carriageway no one there to change phasing, no work going on Shockingly inconsiderate and likely dangerous on motorway Assoc with water works in Tiddington maybe ? Really poorly done : /
