Traffic congestion in Abingdon is well documented especially in the morning rush hour, the problem is made worse or even caused by unregulated early morning van & HGV deliveries to various pubs/restaurants and businesses along High St which in turn reduces the road to a single carriageway, can OCC bring a restricted waiting area in to force here, no unloading/parking between 07.30 and 0930 Monday to Friday? Ock bridge has similar
