Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and Vale of White Horse District Council less than a minute later

Developers for the new housing estate off Wootton road have removed a fence panel surrounding the playing field so it is now open and children and dogs can easily run into road, this needs a gate urgently.

  • Dear Michele,

    The area that is fenced is not part of the public highway or in Oxfordshire County Councils control. The boundary treatment of the green area would be for the owner of the land to comment on; for this area the land owner could possibly be Abingdon Town Council or the Vale of White Horse District Council.
