Prevention of access to the outside of the safety fence along a ledge needs to be put in place on the flyover bridge over the eastern bypass as this bridge has had to be closed several times in the past few weeks due to people threatening to jump off, causing problems for traffic and the emergency services.

  • This is known about and passed to our contractor to prevent the access, there is a similar bridge in Witney that'll be done first as it has a priority simply due to it have more suicide attempts.
