Island bollards/pedestrian refuge filthy so cant be seen

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

The 2 signs that are meant yo hilight a pedestrian refuge in tge middle of the road, are so dirty they cannot be seen This is an issue for anyone trying yo use this when crossing the busy A418

Thus is a H&S issue and is unsafe. It is located near the bus stop and the traffic lights
