Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Coming up over the railway line into a give way to on coming traffic from the village of Steventon to go up Steventon hill the red and white snake type bollards need readjusting as it looks like it has been hit , also a temporary blue arrow sign which has been put in place as the edge of bollards obstructs the view to see vehicles coming down the hill so you can give way , thanks
