Extra bollard needed

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Cars are using the walk way to exit from Borough Walk onto Northcourt Road. Perhaps another bollard should be installed to prevent this happening - particularly as this is near to schools and the college. Not sure how long this has been happening but it was a surprise to be almost run down.
