Incomplete works to alter lighting resulting is a few ongoing issues.

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and West Oxfordshire District Council less than a minute later

Work started many weeks ago to alter or upgrade the street lights. There are still many plastic barriers left around the lights, one light near the new build out has a large hole around it and the plastic barriers are making it difficult to access the public footpath safely. The grass verge has been affected - it needs a tidy up and re-seeding, and there is an abandoned sandbag. A separate issue is the copious amounts of litter.
