Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

The central island on the A4074 hasn't been replaced of fixed yet but doesn't appear to be on the system any longer. Someone must have collided with it again last weekend as it was all over the road. No wonder though as it's filthy and can't be seen in the dark.
