Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Problem has not been resolved and can only be resolved when someone comes and observes what happens when a bus or truck drives over the right side of this crevice and causes large vibrations, which go into my flat. The road needs to be made level. How anyone coming to inspect the mess that is the crossroads at Southmoor can say that the problem has been investigated and not found to be a problem, cannot be...well...properly informed. It is plainly obvious that there is a problem or several problems here so please come and set up an observation and monitor traffic over a period of half a day to see what happens. Please do not be dismissive of this problem and reinvestigate it.
