Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Groundwork has been taking place here recently. It is off the highway and does not affect through traffic. The contractors have erected traffic control unnecessarily in this area, creating considerable traffic queues. Today an emergency services vehicle was held up for a considerable time due to this issue
