Both bollards are unlit and one is broken

Sent to Cherwell District Council and Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Both bollards on this traffic island are unlit and the southern one is broken and covered in mud. The area is very poorly lit and the plinth protrudes into the carriageway - we shredded two tyres there heading northbound on Thursday 16/02/2023 and we noticed the same conditions on Saturday 18/02/2023. This urgently needs addressing as more damage to vehicles is inevitable.
