Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and Vale of White Horse District Council less than a minute later

Hi, I’ve tried reporting this through both Oxfordshire council and the local white vale horse but neither seem to be taking ownership, can you please point me in the direction so I can get this street light repaired please. Thanks in advance, Mike
