Loaction: Woodstock Road South Parade bus stop west. See Google Maps at https://www.google.com/ maps/ @51.7772646,-1.2699942,3a,65.3y,216.27h,73.51t/ data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1s3OM2sUl4ZrEfFo8rmpdQeg!2e0!7i16384!8i8192
On the west side of Woodstock Road, to the south and to the north of the bus stop, part of the pavement is designated for cycles. However, in the vicinity of the bus stop itself there appears to be no cycle lane. Notwithstanding its absence, cyclists whizz along the pavement, in both directions, right by the stop. The North side of the bus shelter consists of an advertising display cabinet, which means that from within the shelter the pavement to the North is invisible and for southbound cyclists people in the shelter are also invisible. It seems to me that this is a very dangerous situation. All I have to do is to step out of the shelter into the path of a cyclist not seen, for him or her to be knocked into the path of traffic with possibly serious consequences for them, perhaps injury to me and damage to a vehicle. Please would you consider some measure to prevent cyclists from riding on the pavement there?
