Collapsing bridge over Mill Brook

Back in 2019 this problem was reported. The outcome was: "damage to a drainage 'channel' on the side of the bridge... I will get the kerbs re-set and a minor amount of patching repair completed then the bridges team can repair the drainage 'channel'. " Since this no works have been done. A hole has now appeared in the road that connects down through to beneath the bridge.
