Traffic increase

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and South Oxfordshire District Council less than a minute later

With the closure of Holloway, there is a lot of traffic using the road beside the Sun Inn. This is halfterm and no traffic going to the primary school in Littleworth road. Would it be possible to install temporary traffic lights in this area before the school returns after half term?
