Parking blocking access for emergency vehicles

We urgently need double yellow lines to stop people parking in this location as it stops emergency vehicles being able to get past. There is no way an ambulance or fire engine can get past if needed. This is a regular issue, not a one off, and people are ignoring the current signs asking them not to park here. I need to emphasise that this is an urgent safety issue with the potential to be life threatening.
