Traffic island in pitch dark causing hazard

Reported via desktop in the Road Traffic Signs and Road Markings category anonymously at 21:45, Friday 10 February 2023

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Traffic island has been smashed up 2 months ago (see other reports!) and remains a deadly hazard. It is unlit, as the signage is covered in dirt and mud, there are cones in the centre of it, hidden by the unlit signs so headlights do not pick up, there is no street lighting at this point, and a bus stop, unbelieveably dangerous. A photo is not possible as pitch dark and I was trying not to crash into it.
